What will be the freight cost for the items I wish to purchase ?

  • Each product you view will include an Estimate Freight Cost.
  • Please note that the Freight cost during special promotions eg “Pay only $1 Freight” will only be shown at the checkout phase of your order if applicable.
  • Selected Orders are sent via registered post with a tracking number. If an item does not return a freight cost then please contact us by telephone or email us together with your postal address, and we will quote the lowest freight cost to your location.
  • If you have any queries regarding freight or any special requirements such as express post or a delivery that you would like to occur at a future date then please email or contact us on 03)9442-3839 during business hours.

If you have submitted an online order and believe your postal address incorrect then call or email us so that we can amend your order details.

Goods are shipped within 24hours from the time of order.  As an approximate time of delivery,  most orders to metro areas will be delivered within 2 business days, regional locations 2 to 9 business days.  We send you a confirmation email advising that your order has been sent.
Please note that in some circumstances our inventory system may be incorrect and if we expect a delay  in the shipment of your order we will contact you to advise you of any such delay.

We also offer Express post for next day delivery to most post codes Australia wide. To use this service please phone our West Preston store on 03)9442-3839 during the following trading times Mon10-3pm Tues to Sat 9.30-5.00pm.    We use reputable courier companies and Australia Post to ship your order.

Please note the following procedure if you select the  option “Freight Free – pick up from 630 Bell St West Preston” .
After you have completed your order we will email you to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up from Happyco 630 Bell St West Preston.  Most items should be available for pick up within 24 hours.  If there is a delay in your “pick up order” we will contact and advise you accordingly.
