Shipping

What will be the freight cost for the items I wish to purchase ?

You have the option of viewing your freight cost by entering your postcode at the “view my cart screen”.  Please be sure to enter any promotional coupons which may modify the freight cost of your order.

Is my credit card and personal details secure ?

Payment can only be made using a credit card, via Paypal for the highest level of security to ensure your transaction is safe and secure.

What is your Returns and Exchange Policy ?

Items On Sale that are reduced equal to or more than 30% have a No returns or Exchange policy.  For all other items, you can Exchange your item within 14days of the Receipt of goods for another item of your choice provided your item is received in its original unopened and packaged condition.  Returned items are to be sent to “Happyco Pty Ltd PO Box 2289 Ivanhoe East 3079”.  Please provide a Copy of your Original Receipt with the returned item.  All postage costs for items of exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser.

What if I receive a faulty item ?

We believe in 100% service guaranteed.  All items are quality checked before shipping, however in the event that you do receive a faulty item please contact us here.  We will contact you by phone to resolve the faulty item.
Alternatively you have the opportunity to claim a full refund including freight once determined that an item is faulty.
