- When I place an order how long can I expect for the item to arrive ?
Ans: Most items will ship in 2 to 5 business days. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be contacted via email or by phone and advised of the expected time of delivery. We only charge your credit card at the time of shipment.
- What will be the freight cost for the items I wish to purchase ?
Ans: An estimated freight cost is shown together with the item details. The exact freight cost will be determined when you proceed through the checkout phase of your order after you have entered your address details. The Final Freight Cost may vary to the estimated calculation due to store promotions. - Fashion Purchases. What if I place an order and not all items are in stock. Do I receive a part delivery ?
Ans: We will not ship any order unless all items ordered are in stock. We will contact you via phone or email to advise you of those items that are not in stock and assist you in selecting another substitute style. You have the option to advise us that you wish to cancel the order where we are unable to ship all the items you have ordered.
- Is my credit card and personal details secure ?
Ans: When you place an order and submit your credit card details the information is encrypted and can only be accessed by an authorized officer of the company for the purpose of completing your purchase transaction. Under No circumstances is your personal information shared with any third party. We retain your email and postal address for promotional purposes only and / or if you are a VIP or registered customer of the store.
- What is your Returns and Exchange Policy ?
Ans: Please choose carefully when purchasing Items On Sale as we have a No returns or Exchange Policy for items that are on sale. For items that are purchased at Full Price, you can Exchange within 14days of the Receipt of goods. Returned items are to be sent to "Happy 630 Bell St West Preston 3072" . You must Provide a Copy of your Original Receipt when you return the item. Goods must be received in their original packaged condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange the return of the item including the cost of freight. Upon the receipt of the item we will contact you via phone to arrange a new item of exchange. The purchaser must pay the cost of freight for the new item sent in exchange. Please note this cost will be at normal freight rates.
- What if I receive a faulty item ?
Ans: All items are quality checked before shipment to you. If you do receive a faulty item you must contact us as soon as possible, (no later than 7days) via email and advise us the fault of the item. We will contact you by phone, and in some circumstances we may be able to make good the item by sending you a replacement part at no additional cost. If an item cannot be made good via this method then we will make arrangements with you to have the item sent back to our store located at 630 Bell St West Preston. The cost of freight to send the item to Bell St will remain with the purchaser until such time as we have had the opportunity to assess the returned item for the fault. If the item has not been mistreated and has been used for its intended purpose and the item is faulty, then we can send you a replacement at no additional cost & reimburse you for the cost of the freight to send the faulty item back to us. Alternatively you have the opportunity to claim a full refund including any cost incurred for freight. Our objective is to satisfy the customer and we strive to ensure that you are happy with the outcome.
- If I decide to save the cost of freight by selecting the option "Freight Free - pick up from "Bell St", when can I pick up my item ?
Ans: After you have completed your order we will email you to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up from Happyco at 630 Bell St in West Preston as selected by you the customer during the checkout phase of your order.
- Please note that we might be unable to supply your item due to the unlikely event of an error within our inventory system. If this does occur, then
happyco reserves the right to cancel your order.
